LATITUDE 49
The area around 49th parallel is the furthermost northern production vine growing territory of the Central Europe. The grapes here are subjected to the shifting influence of Atlantic and Continental climate. Moist and fresh air breezing from the Atlantic slows down maturing of the grapes but at the same time it contributes to better creation of tender aromatic and mild spicy substances.
