VINUM PALAVIENSE
The wines have got controlled origin at the vineyards in the village Perna and its surroundings. The vineyards are located in the area of the biospheric reservation Palava at the foot of lime rocks. Based on variability of local conditions the wines are very original even though they grow on a relatively small area of one cadastre. The grapes are produced under the regimen of integrated production and they regularly reach the highest quality. The yield is limited. The pluses of the location are furthermore enhanced by the method of regulated fermentation supplemented by other methods of modern technologies. The collection presents only original predicate wines (so called Terroir).
